By examining a comparison of the geography of two contrasting countries, such as Egypt and Japan, we can see how physical environments dictate the way people live, work, and interact. Egypt is defined by its vast, arid deserts and a single, life-giving river, whereas Japan is a volcanic archipelago characterized by rugged mountains and the surrounding sea. Contrasting Landforms and Climates

The primary difference between these two nations lies in their physical terrain.
